Sporting
Students have the opportunity to participate in a wide range of intra and interschool sporting events through the year. Some of these sports and events are listed below.
- School athletics carnival (track and field events)
- School cross country carnival
- District and Zone athletics and cross country representative carnivals
- Swimming lessons taken by qualified swimming coaches
- Year 4,5,6 Friday afternoon sport (each term variety of sports are offered)
- Futsal (indoor soccer)
- Gala sporting carnivals (interschool sporting events)
Drumming Group
Students have the opportunity to join our drumming group. Students are taught drums by a qualified drum teacher.
Cultural Dance Groups
Students have the opportunity to join the cultural dance groups offered at St Paul's. Students who participate in these groups have the opportunity to perform in front of their peers at our Harmony Day event and also to members of the wider public. Our cultural dance groups often perform at local aged care facilities and at other schools.
Leadership Program
Each year our Year 6 students participate in a leadership program. Our school leaders are provided with a wide range of opportunities to broaden their life experiences and to challenge themselves. Year 6 Leaders undertake the camp, Story Bridge climb, retreat day and they also take on special leadership positions at school events.
